Steele Bells Refund & Return Policy
At Steele Bells, every product is created with care and purpose. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Because many of our products are custom-made, print-on-demand, or digital, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
However, we gladly stand behind the quality of our products and will provide a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (devotionals, journals, downloads) are final and non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads and e-books.
- Custom print-on-demand apparel and accessories (unless defective or incorrect).
- Gift cards.

- Order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
