1. Order Processing Times

  • Apparel & Jewelry: Typically ships within 3–7 business days.
  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase.
  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: Processing times may be extended due to order volume.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing (U.S. orders).
  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
  • Please note that shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary by country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Steele Bells is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
  • For lost packages, please first check with your local carrier before contacting us.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
