- Apparel & Jewelry: Typically ships within 3–7 business days.
- Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase.
- Peak Seasons & Holidays: Processing times may be extended due to order volume.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing (U.S. orders).
- International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
3. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
- Please note that shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary by country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Steele Bells is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
- For lost packages, please first check with your local carrier before contacting us.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
